our goal at pulse is to ignite your pulse!
We offer 30+ years of dance and fitness experience and knowledge. Our extensive curriculum is designed for every age (18 months to 99), and our talented team of instructors will guide you no matter your experience level.
We are a non-competitive dance studio that offers baby ballet, pre-ballet, ballet, lyrical/contemporary, tap, jazz, hip hop, tumbling, core and stretch, bounce trampoline classes, barre classes, and more! We are passionate about what we offer and love helping our students thrive in a healthy, positive, and fun environment!
We want to help you find the best version of yourself, whether you are a tiny two-year-old in a tutu or a 65-year-old in our barre class. We believe that wellness comes from within, and the best way to find your true happiness is to fuel your soul with classes that make you SMILE!
Dance
At Pulse, we offer dance classes for ages 18 months through age 99! We offer a professional curriculum of ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, tumbling, musical theatre, hip-hop for boys, and fitness classes.
Wellness
Pulse Wellness offers infrared sauna sessions, FemWell Hormone Health sessions, and Aesthetics Skin Care products and appointments.

Registrations are accepted in the order they are received due to class size limitations. To ensure placement in a class and to complete registration, enter payment information and finalize registration at checkout. Registered guests will be notified about their class day, time & instructor via their online studio account.
