Over 35 Years Of Community

Although our logo and website are brand new, our studio is not.  We feel honored to carry on the legacy created by Mary Riesenberg and Molly Mayer. Our studio has been open for over 35 years, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve our community in dance, wellness, and fitness!
